Delivery

We offer worldwide shipping.

For orders over €1,000, shipping is complimentary regardless of the destination country.

We ship internationally via FedEx and DHL, and offer DPD for orders within Poland. Kindly note that once the order has been dispatched, we are not responsible for delays or issues caused by local courier services in the destination country. 

Location & Production

Our company is based in Poland, and all orders are shipped from Poland. All items are carefully produced in Poland and Italy.

Please note that additional taxes and customs duties may be payable for orders outside of the EU upon delivery, depending on your delivery destination and local regulations.

The average delivery time is from 2 to 15 business days from the moment of order placement to delivery. More precise delivery times are specified in the description of specific product.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number to track your package.

Orders are processed and shipped on business days, excluding local holidays: April 1st, May 1st, May 3rd, May 30th, June 19th, August 15th, November 1st, November 11th, December 25th, December 26th, December 31st, January 1st, January 6th, .

Courier delivers Monday to Friday during business hours. Please note that deliveries to remote areas may take longer. Diana Milkanova is not responsible for shipping delays caused by circumstances beyond our control.

Please note that our manager responds to email inquiries during business hours, from 9:30 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday.

Our studio is located in Warsaw, Poland. However, we do not offer order self-pickup services.

Please note that each item is handcrafted in Europe to ensure the highest quality. Some items may be in the production queue at the atelier, which can result in longer delivery times and Pre-Order. Before placing an order, please read the product description, where the estimated delivery time is specified and feel free to contact us if you need any additional assistance or request.

If the item is already in stock, the delivery time will be 1-3 days within Europe and 2-5 days to the USA.

If you order an item with a stated waiting time of up to 14 business days in the product description, we will not be able to expedite the shipping.

Pre-Orders

Pre-orders are shipped in the order they are received. The date stated in the product description indicates when pre-order shipments begin to be dispatched to customers. All orders are carefully hand-packed.
