Delivery

We offer worldwide shipping.

Complimentary delivery thresholds vary by destination. The threshold applicable to your order is displayed in your local currency in the announcement bar and at checkout after you select your delivery country. Complimentary delivery is available on all orders shipped within Poland.

We ship internationally via FedEx and DHL, and offer DPD for orders within Poland. Available shipping methods are shown at checkout. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number.

If your parcel is delayed, lost or arrives damaged, please contact our Client Services team at customercare@dianamilkanova.com. We will assist you directly and liaise with the courier where necessary. This does not affect your statutory consumer rights.

Location & Production

Our company is based in Poland, and all orders are shipped from Poland. Our pieces are crafted in Poland and Italy.

Import taxes and customs duties may be payable upon delivery for orders shipped outside the European Union, depending on the destination and local regulations. Unless expressly stated otherwise at checkout, these charges are not included in the purchase price and are the responsibility of the customer. If a customer refuses to pay applicable import duties or taxes, these charges and any resulting return shipping costs may be deducted from the refund, where permitted by law.

The average delivery time is from 2 to 15 business days from the moment of order placement to delivery. More precise delivery times are specified in the description of specific product.

Orders are processed and shipped on business days, excluding Polish public holidays.

Couriers deliver Monday through Friday during business hours. Deliveries to remote areas may take longer. If a delivery is delayed, please contact our Client Services team so that we can assist you. Nothing in this policy limits any mandatory rights available under applicable consumer law.

Our Client Services team responds to email enquiries between 9:30 AM and 5:00 PM CET, Monday through Friday, excluding Polish public holidays.

Our studio is located in Warsaw, Poland. Collection from the studio is not currently available.

Each item is handcrafted in Europe. Some pieces may be in the production queue at our atelier and offered on a pre-order basis. Before placing an order, please review the relevant product page for the estimated dispatch time and contact us if you require any additional assistance.

If the item is already in stock, the delivery time will be 1-3 days within Europe and 2-5 days to the USA.

If you order an item with a stated waiting time of up to 14 business days in the product description, we will not be able to expedite the shipping.

Pre-Orders

Pre-orders are dispatched in the order in which they are received. The date stated on the relevant product page indicates when dispatch of pre-orders is expected to begin. All orders are carefully hand-packed.
