What if I’m unsure which size to choose?

What if I haven’t received a confirmation email after placing my order?

If your order confirmation email has not arrived within 24 hours, please check your Spam or Promotions folders, as emails can sometimes be redirected there.

In some cases, the email address may have been entered incorrectly during checkout. If this happens, please reach out to us at customercare@dianamilkanova.com, and our customer care team will gladly assist you.

How can I cancel my order?

You may cancel your order or pre-order within 12 hours of purchase. Please contact us at customercare@dianamilkanova.com as soon as possible.

After this time, your order moves into the next stage of processing, and cancellation will no longer be possible.

How do I track my order?

After your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number, allowing you to follow the delivery status on the courier’s website.

How do I collect my order?

Your order will be delivered to the address provided at checkout.

If you are unavailable at the time of delivery, the courier will attempt delivery two additional times. In some cases, the courier may leave your parcel at the nearest pickup location for your convenience.

When will I receive my order?

The estimated shipping timeframe is listed in the description of each item.

If an item is ready to ship, this will be indicated on the product page, and your order will be dispatched within 1–2 business days.

If an item is available for pre-order, the estimated dispatch date will also be specified in the product description. In this case, the item cannot be shipped immediately.

The delivery time may differ depending on the destination country. Please contact customercare@dianamilkanova.com for the estimated delivery time frame.

Please note that deliveries to remote or rural areas may require additional transit time. We cannot be held responsible for shipping delays resulting from circumstances beyond our control.


We recommend placing your order in advance during the holiday season, as delivery delays may occur due to increased shipment volumes handled by courier services.

How much duty and tax will I have to pay?

For the United States and other non-EU countries, duties and taxes are not included in the product price.  Any applicable duties and taxes are determined by several factors, including the destination country, the value of your order, and the type of product.

Additional import taxes may apply upon delivery according to the local regulations.

How much does shipping cost?

We offer complimentary worldwide shipping on orders over €1,000.

For orders below this amount, shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout based on the destination country.

Can I pick up my order from the studio?

Unfortunately, studio pick-up is not available at this time. All orders will be delivered by courier.

What is a pre-order?

A pre-order allows you to reserve a limited, high-demand item with a scheduled later shipping date.

When will my pre-order ship?

The estimated shipping date is noted for each pre-order item on the product page. The estimated shipping date is indicated in the product description at the time of purchase.

Please note that all items are produced and carefully packaged by hand and are dispatched in the order in which pre-orders are received. You will also receive a confirmation email as soon as the package is shipped.

When will my payment be processed?

Your payment will be charged upon placing the order.

What is your return policy?

You may return any item within 14 days of delivery from the destination country. To qualify for a return, items must be in their original new condition, with all tags and packaging intact.

Returned merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, free of dust, unaltered, and free from damage or any odors. Items provided with dust bags and branded boxes must be returned with them, as they are considered part of the product.

Please use the original packaging included in your shipment when returning any item.


If you wish to proceed with a return, please contact customercare@dianamilkanova.com to proceed with the return label. We will provide you with a return shipping label from our courier, along with a payment link for the return label.

Alternatively, you may choose your preferred shipping method to return the parcel. Please contact us to confirm the details.


Can I return an item at the studio in Warsaw?


All returns must be sent via courier. Unfortunately, we’re unable to accept returns at our studio.

How can I exchange an item?

If you would like to exchange your item for a different size, please contact us at customercare@dianamilkanova.com.

If the requested size is available, we will reserve it for you. Once your return has been received, the replacement item will be shipped to the original delivery address free of charge.

Please note that exchanges for a different style or color are not available.

When will I receive my refund?

Your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 14 days after the returned item has been received at our warehouse.

Will I receive a refund for duties and taxes?

For orders placed outside the EU, the refunded amount will correspond to the item price paid at checkout. Duties and taxes are collected on behalf of the customer’s local tax authorities and are not charged by Diana Milkanova, therefore they are non-refundable by us.

This information is clearly communicated during the checkout process, and customer consent is required before completing the order.

However, you may request a refund of duties and taxes directly from your local customs authority by providing proof of the returned goods.
